AJC English School was founded with a noble vision to raise future leaders with exceptional academic achievements and unwavering character. Inspired by a strong commitment to serve humanity, the school is the fulfilment of the dream envisioned by its founder, Pastor C. Gnanadas. Under his continued guidance and dedication, the school remains committed to excellence in education.

The institution began its journey in June 1985, established by the AJC Society, with 45 students and 8 dedicated teachers, offering classes from LKG to VI Standard. Since its inception, the school has grown remarkably while staying true to its core values of excellence, integrity and service.

The first batch of students appeared for the All India Secondary School Examination in March 1991 and All India Senior Secondary School Examination in March 1993, achieving a 100% pass result, a tradition proudly maintained by all subsequent batches.

With a vision to provide quality education rooted in strong values, I established AJC English School, Kumbakonam, through the AJC Society in 1985 with a commitment to making quality education accessible to all sections of society.
